Day !

So this is my first entry as I sit here munching on homemade bread and Mushroom Stroganoff made by my DH Todd. On Tues November 2nd we will have been married 19 years.  We have come a long ways from the tiny attic apartment we started in to the 10 acre farm we know own. We have egg laying chickens and 5 geese. A small herd of 10 dairy goat does and 4 bucks and of course the ponies.
As we come upon another Minnesota winter there is still an enormous list of things to complete. Firewood and snow fencing and window plastic are all at the top-and we still have to purchase and install a new wood stove.  There are not enough hours in the week after working and driving to complete what we need to do and now daylight is less and less everyday.
On the bright side, winter allows me to "play" more-to work on my doll making skills, to read and also to learn.  I firmly believe that a day that goes by without learning one new thing is a day wasted. So on that note please go out and learn something new after reading this-huh~~~ like I think someone is gonna read this.                           Be Well Be Proud & Be Beautiful Everyday My Friends
