It has the coolest way to connect-you just shove that little white piece into the other end-it appears loose but doesn't slip!!! And there is no annoying mach lite bump!
this is my Ashford wheel. I have had it for 10 years and I bought it from a fiber artist who used it a lot before she sold it to me! It is my very trusty little wheel but I desire and double treadle :}

I love those band, but I by mine at Hobby Lobby or Joann's, you can buy them in the kids section of beads, guess the bands are used for pony beads etc. I like the glow in the dark ones! I change mine around all the time.
